We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join a fast paced and dedicated product development team of scientists and engineers. The ideal candidate will have > 3-5 years of experience and a drive to accomplish long and short-term goals within a quality controlled environment.

1. Biochemist/Research Assistant - Bead Production
   
   ECI is seeking a proficient biochemist to assist in the development, trouble-shooting and perfection of our ExpressDetect® technology. The selected candidate must have strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate across disciplines, in either one-on-one or group settings. Other skills needed include delegation, decision-making and team building.
   
   Requirements: a BS or MA degree in biochemistry, biotechnology or a related discipline.
   
   
   
   
2. Engineer – Sensor Production
   
   ECI is looking for a hands-on device and fluidics design engineer who is willing to collaborate and aid in the design of ECI sensors. The candidate must have a strong understanding of the current and functional elements/features necessary to conduct assays A and B testing on a disposable device. In addition, they will be responsible for characterizing and documenting all steps and procedures required to assemble, test and manufacture the various sensors.
   
   Requirements: an enterprising and ambitious employee with either a BS or MA in biomedical engineering or a related discipline.
   
   
   
   
3. Quality Analyst II – Quality Assurance
   
   ECI is seeking a proficient Quality Analyst II to assist in the development, trouble-shooting and perfection of our Quality System. The selected candidate must have strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate across multiple disciplines. The candidate must be flexible and work on a constantly evolving system. The candidate’s prime responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: creating and editing SOP documents that support an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 environment; maintain the calibration, preventative maintenance and documentation of instrumentation in the laboratory; assist in training employees on new or updated policies and procedures; receipt, QC and distribution of all critical raw materials; and assist in internal/external audits as needed.
   
   Requirements:
   
   Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline
   
   A minimum of 2-5 years industry experience in quality operations in a cGMP biotech environment, preferably in diagnostics
   
   Preferred Requirements:
   
   Possess excellent communication skills,
   both written and verbal
   
   Have effective time management
   and organizational skills
   
   Possess strong attention to detail and
   cross-functional team experience
   
   Pharmaceutical/medical device quality
   systems experience strongly preferred
   including ISO 13485/ISO 9001 experience
